Years ago I had a friend who was a chef and also a sales person for this very high-end import company that just sold to very expensive hotels, resorts, and exclusive clubs. So he showed me his candy line. I was prepared to be bored with overly sweet and cloying cheap tasting candy. But it was a different experience entirely.
