Chocolate Ingots
Our "Ingots" gourmet chocolate bars are hand cut and wrapped featuring the unique tastes of the best in chocolate from around the world. Each chocolate bar showcases chocolate from a single region (Single Origin). Our gourmet bar has only 125 calories and one large satisfying portion.
Just like your favorite wine or coffee - the chocolate taste is markedly different from farm to farm or country to country. 15 years ago people just knew the brands of the coffee they liked not knowing they were only blends, but regional cacao beans all have their own individual special flavors which make them interesting and wonderful - just as God made them. Sometimes they have a chocolate candy taste like the African Madagascar or they can be bitter and intense like the Midnight or creamy like the Hawaii single estate milk chocolate. These are the chocolates that experts eat at home.
I have personally chosen these chocolates as being a great selection of tastes and examples of how different growing regions strongly affect the chocolate. Now I have to sell them to you or I will sit around and eat them all myself.

Hawaiian Milk Chocolate 38% - Single Origin: Supremely creamy with medium sweetness and hints of tropical fruit. Its fun and flavorful. The cocoa for this is entirely grown on a single estate in Hawaii and is one of the best tasting milk chocolates in the world including the high end Swiss and Belgian chocolates. Balanced in sweetness with unique flavor. One of our tasters said, "You can taste Hawaii in it". Contains Milk.
Columbia 65% - Single Origin: Deep, dark, slow chocolate flavors with hints of spice. Like a dry wine. Every bit has some taste surprises in it. Its hard to describe because its pretty unique tasting, but great. After you eat a bar the flavor just stays with you and you have to think about it. I think I'll have another one. Grown in the San Vicente de Chucuri Valley of the Santander in Columbia. Milk free.
Ecuador 65% - Single Origin: Very dark and clean intense taste with nut, tea, and tropical aspects. In some ways it’s like a sweeter and less intense Midnight 91% chocolate. This is probably the closest to a traditional dark chocolate but with refreshing sophistication. Milk free.
Madagascar 65% - Single Origin: This African chocolate has a lighter, rich, and honey-like sweetness mingled with a spicy finish and the taste of red berries and raisins is immediately apparent. It tastes like a dark milk chocolate with a lot of flavor, but all the uniqueness just comes from the cacao bean just like all our other chocolate ingots. You will be surprised it isn't a milk chocolate. It could be called a dark chocolate for milk chocolate lovers. Grown in the fertile Sambirano Valley in Madagascar. Milk free.
Venezuela 65% - Single Origin: Complex, medium sweetness, very dark taste, with the taste of red berries and tea. This kind of chocolate is the kind used in a lot of high end chocolates where that intense chocolate with a European flair is needed. Often used as a chocolate shell on confectionary dark chocolate candies (like truffles) to kick the flavor up. Now we just give you all the flavor. Harvested from Venezuela’s Sur del Lago region. Milk free.
Midnight 91% - Artisan Blend - Virtually unsweetened, Ultra dark, brooding, complex, intense, lacking sweetness, yet creamy without bitterness or acidy taste. It’s the 'dark night of the soul' for chocolate. Unlike other 'over 80% chocolates' this is smooth and moist tasting. It was the only ultra dark we found that wasn't dry or chalky tasting. Zero net carbs. Milk free.
