This cocoa is my masterpiece! Strong chocolate with an exotic blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and six other spices. This is my recommendation for the serious chocolate gourmand because the spices bring out a lot of aspects of the chocolate that normally wouldn't arrive on the palate. Even jaded chocolate professionals get surprised by this. It is a kind of resurrection of chocolate.

In fact, this is the cocoa that got me into the chocolate business. After I made the European to please myself, I served it after church to the small congregation I had. Soon thereafter, a couple of women came by for some "counseling". After a couple minutes, they would ask, "So, Father Stan… Do you have any more of that chocolate you made the other day?"

Eventually, the church suffered an economic downturn, and people moved away with their jobs. I said, "Now I don’t even know what I’m going to do," and the women shrieked, "Sell the chocolate!". Well 'out of the mouths of babes' came Holy Chocolate.
